The shared plate menu at Xu Restaurant includes both modern Vietnamese and traditional Vietnamese favorites. Although the idea of updating and modernizing authentic and traditonal cuisine is not new, such experiments have only recently begun to be accepted and appreciated in Vietnam. Modern Vietnamese cuisine is both true to its roots and refreshingly contemporary. It sometimes involves the simplification of a complex dish to emphasize particular ingredients, or applying new techniques to traditional and well-loved meals. And it can also mean extracting well-known ingredients, which are unique to traditional Vietneamese cuisine, and using these ingredients in a completely new way.

Keeping with the philosophy of Xu Restaurant, the Xu Lounge menu consists of both modern Vietnamese and traditional Vietnamese favorites, and serves lunch and snack items every day of the year. The lunch menu is comprised of salads, baguettes, and traditional Vietnamese dishes, as well as a variety of dishes from the wok. At night Xu Lounge becomes a cocktail hotspot with an offering of coconut martinis, cranelo sparkles, and passion fruit caprioskas, along with a variety of snack bites. DJs and drink specials are featured throughout the week.

Services

The service was personal and waiters are well informed with detailed description of each dish. Staff were very friendly but before were stop/start sometimes they leaving you. The service was great and Very attentive catered to your specific needs by departing from the set menu.
